Apparel Division

Also known as our Apparel Fabrics division, involves manufacturing jean twill which is another name for dyed fabrics.
Launched in 2005 in a bid to forward integrate. Opened as a wet process unit.
Can handle large size batches – up to 30,000 meters as well as colour dying.
Boasts of Lab Dipping Process. From shirts to trouser to gowns includes everything.
Skilled at solid dying.

Capacity

Our new ranges of machinery is designed for processing of 110cms to 320 cms width of fabric and equipped to handle any type of fabric from 120 gsm onwards including stripe satins, color wovens with a monthly capacity of 1.8 million meters.

Continuous Dying Range (CDR) – We are one of the handful people in India to use this eco-friendly method where the fabric goes through dying, washing, curing and E-control salt less dying methods. This ensures shade consistency & uniformity in material even if the length is long.
Continuous Bleaching Range (CBR) – This is suitable for mass productions and ensures uniform bleaching & coloring.
Stenter Range –This is a weft straighter. The skew in fabrics that are normal in the process gets corrected in this process.
Mechanical finisher – This includes Lafer Micro Sanding, also called Peaching / Diamond Emery Range)..

PRODUCT RANGE

Our Dyed Fabrics Division manufactures fabrics suitable for casual wear as well as formal wear for men, women, and kids .
Specializes in soft bottom weights in double yarns and dense constructions in shirting weights. The Yarn Count ranges from 7s to 60s. We also make special products with 3 ply fine yarns.
Plain & self structures, color wovens for shirting.
Plain, twills, Drills, Gaberdine, Satin & Tussars for bottoms.
The weaves include Twills, Broken Twills, Gabardines, Cavalry Twills, Tussors, Canvas, Bedford cord, Ottoman, Satin, Matt, Design weaves in dobby.
Apart from 100% Cotton, we offer several other blends suit different customer needs:

FINISH

Wrinkle-free, easy to iron (ETI), flame retardant (fire proof), odour free, Vitamin E coated (skin friendly), paper touch, PU coating (water resistant), oil & water repellent / resistant finish and antibacterial finish.

Mechanical finishes include diamond emery finish (soft uniform handle).

Special finishes include water resistant – Teflon, moisture management that absorbs and releases sweat.

Stretch can be applied to all especially for ladies trousers, men’s comfort wear & kids garments. This works well in the European market.
