Our contribution to the fight against Covid-19
The human corona virus (covid-19) spread has created unprecedented disruption of day-day-day activities and loss of life to society.
As a responsible corporate citizen, KG denim has contributed in many ways to the nations fight against Covid-19 pandemic.
Realizing the need and role of oxygen supply in saving precious lives, we have donated an Oxygen concentrator of 300L/Min capacity costing around Rs 65 Lakhs to the Government Hospital, Mettupalalayam. The same was dedicated to the hospital in the presence of Hon. Ministers and the Coimbatore District collector on 10.06.2021.
Our contribution to the local social upliftment

We provide 24 hrs free ambulance facility for village people to the nearest hospital.

We are running an out-patient clinic called Danvanthiri that includes free consultation and medicines for small ailments.

We conduct regular blood donation camp, eye camps, dental care and so on.

The Company helps the local community by way of:
Providing sewing machines and training people.
Providing drinking water facilities.
Providing a Vedic as well as music school for those interested
Conducting road safety camps regularly and imparting Fire fighting training
Maintenance of roads and sanitary works for local villages at the time of need.

Avoiding child labour. We also observe Anti-Child Labour Day on the 12th of June every year.

while appointing vendors or entering into contracts for supply or purchase, would give preference to entrepreneurs from the disadvantaged group, as long as the other set requirements are met.
Makes special allocations in its budgets for upskilling and/or providing training to the disadvantaged in its employment.
Makes all attempts and seize opportunities of making investments in areas, which have heavy concentration of SC & ST population.
Rejects business alliances with individuals with individuals and organisations that practice and support discrimination in any form.
Always publish in its Annual Report all efforts taken towards establishing and implementing non discriminatory practices.
